Staff and students who leave Lincoln Lutheran need to consider packing out their digital presence. This page provides many resources and instructions on how to take information with you.
While this information will work for both students and teachers, it is really meant for teachers. Student accounts at LLwarriors.org will not be deleted. Students are welcome to use them for as long as they want after they leave Lincoln Lutheran.
There are several things that you can do with your email, files, etc.
Before you leave campus after teacher work days, you will want to save any files that you want to take with you. You can do that by:
Google Apps Account (e-mail, docs, calendar, etc.):
Lincoln Lutheran would like to list a contact email address for you on the Former Staff page of the website. Send Lloyd the email address if you would like one listed.
You will not be able to access your Lincoln Lutheran Google Apps account (including Gmail) after it is suspended. Your incoming email can be forwarded to another account you specify (see directions linked above) until that time. Email sent to you after your account is suspended will be returned to the sender as un-deliverable, so make sure you tell people about your new email address.
Staff accounts will be suspended at the beginning of the next school year. Student accounts will never be suspended.
